One held with homemade fire arms in Ctg
CHATTOGRAM, Oct 31, 2019 (BSS)- Members of Chattogram Metropolitan Police
(CMP) arrested a youth with a home-made gun and a cartridge from city’s Polo
ground area today.
The arrested were identified as Mohammad Monir, 26, son of Kala Mia, hailed
from Polo ground area in the city.
Ashif Mohiuddin, deputy commissioner of CMP, said a team of the Detective
Branch (DB) of police, on secret information, arrested the youth with the
home-made light gun and the cartridge from city’s Polo ground area around 5
am.
A case was filed with Kotwali thana in this connection, Mohiuddin added.
