DRU mourns death of Azizur Rahman
DHAKA, May 31, 2018 (BSS) – Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU) today expressed profound shock at the death of Md Azizur Rahman, a former joint secretary of the government and father of Chief News Editor of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) M. Anisur Rahman.
In a message of condolence, DRU President Saiful Islam and General Secretary Syed Sukkur Ali Shuvo prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Md Azizur Rahman died of a cardiac arrest at 12.55 pm today at a private hospital in the city’s Uttara area at the age of 84.
