Six matches of Kids Rugby decided in opener
DHAKA, May 31, 2018 (BSS) – Six matches of the Diamond Melamine Under-8 Kids Rugby competition were held on the opening day (Thursday) at Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali Handball Stadium.
In the day’s opening matches, Dhaka Mariners Youngs’ Club beat Agrabad Noujowan (Chittagong) 30-0 points, Farashganj Sporting Club defeated Sylhet Hill Sylhet 35-0, Azad Sporting Club outplayed Victoria Sporting Club 10-0, Farashganj Sporting Club outclassed Agrabad Noujowan (Chittagong) 20-0, Victoria Sporting Club overpowered Sylhet Hill Sylhet 15-0 and Dhaka Mariners Youngs’ Club beat Azad Sporting Club 55-5.
A total of six clubs are participating in the meet. The teams are as follow- Dhaka Mariners Club, Farashganj Sporting Club, Azad Sporting Club, Victoria Sporting Club, Agrabad Noujowan (Chittagong) and Sylhet Hill Rugby Club.
