TMSS ICT fined for illegally sending people to Japan
DHAKA, Oct 28, 2019 (BSS) – TMSS ICT, a domain of TMSS, has been fined Taka 10 lakh for running activities of sending workers to Japan without taking permission from the government.
With the help of Rapid Action Battalion-3, a mobile court led by Executive Magistrate of the Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Ministry Dr Masuma Parveen today fined the TMSS ICT located at Kazipara in the city’s Mirpur area, said a handout here.
The mobile court conducted a drive when the ICT firm was collecting Taka 800,000 as training and visa processing fees from every intending worker, through publishing advertisements on the newspapers on sending manpower to Japan with the government’s approval.
