Enamul Haque Arman sent to jail
DHAKA, Oct 27, 2019 (BSS) – A Dhaka court today sent former Dhaka South unit Jubo League vice-president Enamul Haque Arman to jail as police produced him after end of his five-day remand in a narcotics case filed with capital’s Ramna Police Station.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Satyabrata Shikder passed the order as investigation officer and sub-inspector of RAB-1 Abdul Halim pleaded to keep Arman behind bars.
Earlier on October 21, Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Baki Billah placed Arman on a five-day fresh remand in the narcotics case.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Tofazzal Hossain on October 15 placed Arman on a five-day remand in the narcotics case.
RAB on October 6 arrested former Jubo League leader Ismail Hossain Chowdhury Samrat and his associate Arman from village Kunja Sreepur of Alkora union under Chauddagram upazila of Cumilla district.
