RAJSHAHI, Oct 24, 2019 (BSS)- Admission test for the first year B. Sc
Engineering courses in Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology
(RUET) under its 2019-20 academic session was held today peacefully.
Around eighty percent of the eligible 9,060 students appeared in two
groups of the entry test this year.
Test of ‘KA’ group was held from 9 am to 11 am while the ‘KHA’ group
(only for the department of architecture) from 9 am to 12:10 pm, said the
RUET sources.
RUET Vice-chancellor Prof Rafiqul Islam Sheikh accompanied by Admission
Committee President Prof Mosharraf Hossain, Registrar Prof Selim Hossain and
Students Welfare Director Prof Rabiul Awal visited some of the exam halls.
Result of the intake test will be published in RUET office notice board
and through www.ruet.ac.bd website on November 4 (Monday), the sources added.
A total of 1,235 successful students will be admitted in 14 departments
under three faculties this year.
