Chief Whip of Tripura Assembly pays homage to Bangabandhu
DHAKA, Oct 22, 2019 (BSS) – Chief Whip of Tripura Assembly Kalyani Roy
today paid homage to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman
by placing a wreath at the portrait of Bangabandhu at Dhanmondi-32 here.
On arrival at Bangabandhu Memorial Museum this morning, museum’s chief
executive officer Mashura Hossain welcomed her.
Kalyani prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul of Bangabandhu
standing in solemn silence for sometimes and visited various rooms of the
museum afterwards.
Family members of Kalyani, Awami League (AL) Information and Research
Affairs Secretary Advocate Afjal Hossain and AL Relief and Social Welfare
Affairs secretary Sujit Roy Nandi were present.
