One die, 3 others injured in fire incident in Ctg
CHATTOGRAM, Oct 19, 2019 (BSS) – A five-year-old boy was killed while three
other members of the same family received burn injuries in a fire incident in
Mollahpara Niribili Residential area under Doublemooring thana in the city
early today.
The victim was identified as Ashraful Alam, 05, son of Amir Hossain and
hailed from same area.
Victim’s father Amir Hossain, mother Khaled Akhter and elder sister Tania
Akter, are undergoing treatment in the Burn Unit of Chattogram Medical
college Hospital (CMCH), said Jahirul Hoque, in charge of CMCH police out
post.
He said all the fire injured victims were rushed to CMCH immediately after
the incident but minor boy Ashraful succumbed to his injuries on way to
hospital.
