SYLHET, Oct 19, 2019 (BSS) – Two people were killed and three others
injured in a head-on collision between two CNG-run auto-rickshaw at Kamargram
village under Beanibazar upazila of the district today.
The deceased were identified as Tahmina Begum, 18, resident of Kakordia
village under the upazila and Tinni, 8, an inhabitant of Moulvibazar
district.
Local people said the accident occurred when a passenger-bound CNG-run
auto-rickshaw collided with another one coming from opposite direction in the
area this noon, leaving Tahmina and Tinni dead on the spot and three others
injured.
The wounded were taken to Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital, officer-
in-charge (OC) of Beanibazar Thana Oboni Sankar Kor confirmed.
