Two hoarders of onion fined Tk. 30,000 in Ctg
CHATTOGRAM, Oct 18, 2019 (BSS)- A mobile court of the district administration today fined Taka 30,000 to two Onion traders of city’s Reazuddin Bazar.
Executive Magistrate of District Administration Tanveer Farhad Shamim conducted the mobile court.
He said the mobile court fined Taka 30,000 for selling onion with high prices.
Earlier, Deputy Commissioner of Chattogram Mohammad Ilias Hossain repeatedly warned the onion traders not to sell onion beyond the purchasing capacity of the common people.
“We will take prompt action against dishonest traders who are involved in selling onion with prices,” he added.
