CHATTOGRAM, Oct 16, 2019 (BSS) – A dredging vessel capsized near Dolphin Oil Jetty of Chattorgram Port last night with six crews.
All the crew members were rescued instantly by rescue team of the port.
Sources at Chattogram Port Authority (CPA) said the vessel ‘Farzana Farhan Azimee-5’ sank in the channel around 10pm as it collided with another vessel.
CPA Secretary Mohammad Omar Faruk told BSS that the ship was deployed near Dolphin Oil Jetty of Chattorgram Port for dredging.
