Bicyclist dies in city road accident
DHAKA, Oct 13, 2019 (BSS) – A bicyclist was killed as a truck hit him in
Mohammadpur Beribandh area here this morning.
The deceased identified as Zahid, 35, was a resident in city’s
Kamrangirchar area.
Confirming the matter, Sub-Inspector of Mohammadpur Police Station Lob
Chauhan told BSS that a speedy truck ran over Zahid, a worker at a local
garage, in the aforesaid area around 10:30 am, leaving him dead on the spot.
Police seized the truck with the help of local people.
The body was sent to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital for an autopsy.
