DHAKA, Oct 3, 2019 (BSS) – South East University and IUBAT University reached quarterfinal of the United Group Faraaz Inter University Gold Cup Football held on Thursday at Bir Shreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city’s Kamalapur.
In the day’s first match, South East University beat Daffodil International University by 7-6 goals in penalty shoot-out after the regulation time ended in a 1-1 goal draw.
In the day’s second match, IUBAT beat Independent University by a solitary goal.
