CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Oct 2, 2019 (BSS)- Members of Rapid Action Battalion
(RAB) arrested an alleged illegal drug peddler with 1,485 pieces of yaba
tablets from Kansat village under Shibganj upazila of the district this
afternoon.
The arrested was identified as Mizan Ali, 24, of the aforesaid area.
RAB said, acting on secret information, an operation team of the RAB-5
from Chapainawabganj camp raided the area around 2.45 pm and nabbed Mizan
with the contraband yaba tablets.
The arrested person was handed over to the police of Shibganj thana with a
case, the sources added.
