Nasrul Hamid re-elected ORWA president
DHAKA, Sept 29, 2019 (BSS) – State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid has been reelected president of the executive committee of Old Remians Welfare Association (ORWA) for two years tenure.
ORWA is an association of former students of Dhaka Residential Model School and College, said a press release today.
Nasrul was elected ORWA president for the second consecutive term.
He expressed his gratitude to all members of the organisation as well as friends and senior students.
“I will try to bring former students under an umbrella to utilize their potentials for development of the country,” Nasrul said.
Besides, Md Mashiur Rahman is also re-elected as the general secretary of the organisation among the 31-member executive body.
