6 held with 504 mobile phones in city
DHAKA, Sept 27, 2019 (BSS) – Police today detained six people for their involvement in trading of stolen goods and recovered 504 mobile phones from them in city’s Pallabi thana area.
“The mobile phones were stolen from different areas in the city,” sub-Inspector of Pallabi Thana Md Enamul told BSS.
He said the detainees are Md Swapan Fakir Ridhoy, Md Kalimullah, Md Billal, Rakib Ali and Makbul Khan. They were held around 9.00 last night.
Enamul said Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police SM Shamim conducted a raid and held them along with the mobile phones.
A case filed with Pallabi thana in this connection.
