KABADDI-PREMIER
Premier Div. Kabaddi League begins Saturday
DHAKA, Sept. 19 2019 (BSS)-The 16th Premier Division Kabaddi League begins
Saturday (Sept 21) at kabaddi stadium in the city with the participation of
fifteen teams.
Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation (BKF) vice president and treasurer of
International Kabaddi Federation freedom fighter Amir Hossain Patowari is
expected to open the league as the chief guest.
BKF treasurer and tournament committee’s member secretary M Abdul Haque
will preside over the opening ceremony.
A total of fifteen teams, split into two groups, will compete in the
league.
The participating teams:
Group A – Bangladesh Navy, Bangladesh Police, Bangladesh Air Force,
Bangladesh Fire Service, Azad Sporting Club, Shaheed Mozaffar Smrity Sangsad,
Matuail Milon Smrity Sangsad and Star Sports.
Group B – Bangladesh Army, Border Guard Bangladesh, Bangladesh Jail, Dhaka
Wanderers Club, Maniknagar Kabaddi Club, Institute of Kabaddi and South
Bangla.
