CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Sept 17, 2019 (BSS) – Border Guards Bangladesh (BGB)
arrested an alleged drug peddler with 3,000 pieces of yaba tablets from
Dashrashia Ghat area in Shibganj upazila of the district this morning.
The arrested identified as Md Ziarul Islam, 40, is a resident of
Terorashia village in the upazila.
On information, a team of the BGB from Wahedpur border outpost raided the
aforesaid area around 10:30 am and arrested Ziarul with the yaba tablets.
The arrested person along with the yaba tablets was handed over to Shibganj
police station.
A case was filed in this regard.
