Talk on “Journey of Innovators and Entrepreneurs” at DU tomorrow
DHAKA, Sept 14, 2019 (BSS) – Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship
(ICE) Centre of Dhaka University (DU) will hold a talk on “Journey of
Innovators and Entrepreneurs” on September 15.
Jute and Textile Minister Golam Dastagir Gazi BirProtik is expected to
present as the chief guest at the programme to be held on September 15 from
3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban on the
campus, said a DU press release.
Nihad Kabir, President of Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry
(MCCI),Osama Taseer, President of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry
(DCCI, Professor Shibli Rubayat Ul Islam, Dean of DU Business Studies
Faculty, and Professor Dr. Sadeka Halim, Dean of DU Social Science Faculty,
will be the special guests at the talk.
Around 400 interdisciplinary students from different academic background
will attend the programme which focuses on listening the journey of
innovators and entrepreneurs, and inspire and engage the next generations to
become innovation driven entrepreneurs.
Students will also share their dream, ideas or projects that they want to
work on towards an innovation driven entrepreneurial Bangladesh.
