Woman dies from snakebite in Bogura
BOGURA, Sep 7, 2019 (BSS) – A woman died after being bitten by a poisonous snake at Bilchapri village under Dhunot upazila of the district today.
The deceased was identified as Joynob Bewa, 65, was from the same village.
Hospital sources said the incident occurred at the cattle house of her house early morning. She died on the way to Dhunot upazila Health Complex.
Besides, a boy named Shamrat, 10, drowned in the river Bangali in the upazila around 10 am when he was catching fish with his father. He was an inhabitant of Paychibari village.
Fire Service sources confirmed the incident of drowning.
