Banglalink launches flagship customer center in Gulshan
DHAKA, Aug 28, 2019 (BSS) – Mobile phone operator Banglalink launched a new flagship customer center (CC) in city’s Gulshan.
In the flagship CC, the customers could get opportunity to explore digital customer experience zone with amenities like video wall, digital smart phone display, hello wall, BL bar payment service, transparent LED, internet experience zone as well as essential telecom facilities such as new connectivity, airtime recharge, SIM replacement and original handset purchase with EMI.
Pierre Boutros Obeid, Chief Technology Officer and Acting Chief Commercial Officer, Banglalink inaugurated the flagship CC, said a press release today.
Pierre Boutros Obeid said the new flagship customer care service center will benefit the visitors by enabling them to get various telecom facilities.
It will remain open every day at 9am-8pm.
