Speaker visits DSCSC
DHAKA, Aug 27, 2019 (BSS) – Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury today
visited Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) in capital’s
Mirpur area and attended training programme for 2019-2020 session.
She also spoke on “Parliament: Role, Function, and Parliamentary
Practices in the Context of Parliamentary Democracy”, an ISPR release said
today.
DSCSC Commandant Major General Md Enayet Ullah and other senior military
and civil officials were present on the occasion, along with their spouses.
Four students of Dhaka University were also present on the occasion.
A total of 235 trainees, including 125 from Bangladesh Army, 34 from
Bangladesh Navy, 22 from Bangladesh Air Force and other 54 from different
foreign nations took part in the course.
