Army Chief unveils ‘History my Pride’ terracotta
DHAKA, August 14, 2019 (BSS) – Army chief General Aziz Ahmed today
unveiled a terracotta wall with mural of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu
Sheikh Mujibur Rahman named ‘History My Pride’ at Army Golf Club in Dhaka
Cantonment.
Senior army officials and the club officials were present at the opening
ceremony, said a press release.
History of country’s birth, Language movement, six point movement,
historical speech of 7th March, partial picture of the Liberation War were
depicted in the terracotta.
Sculptor Mrinal Huq created the terracotta.
