RAJSHAHI, Aug 8, 2019 (BSS)- Professional leaders and social watchdogs at
a meeting mentioned concerted effort of all government and non-government
entities concerned has become crucial to protect consumers rights for
ensuring sound public health.

They also observed that the issue of the consumers rights is well accepted
throughout the world and in the free market economy. So, there is an urgent
need of bringing all the businessmen and others concerned under the awareness
programme in this regard.

The observation came in a round-table discussion styled “Consumers Rights
to Protect Harmony” jointly organized by Consumers Association of Bangladesh
