50,000 policemen to work for dengue awareness: Asaduzzaman
DHAKA, Aug 03, 2019 (BSS) – Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Md Asaduzzaman Mia today said a total of 50,000 law enforcers will work for raising awareness for dengue prevention and conduct cleanliness operations in different parts of the city.
“We have started cleanliness operations at different offices of law enforcing agencies from today to prevent dengue. A total of 50,000 law enforcement personnel will work in this regard,” the DMP Commissioner told newsmen during a press briefing on cleanliness to prevent dengue at Rajarbagh Police Lines.
Senior DMP officials participated in the cleanliness programme.
