Tasnim Ara gets ISRT Golden Jubilee Award
DHAKA, July 24, 2019 (BSS) – Dhaka University (DU) student Tasnim Ara has
been awarded ‘ISRT Golden Jubilee Award-2019’ for securing the highest CGPA
in BS Honors final examination from the Institute of Statistical Research and
Training (ISRT) today.
DU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Md. Akhtaruzzaman distributed the award at
a function held today at ISRT seminar room.
Dean of the Faculty of Science Prof. Dr. Tofail Ahmad Chowdhury, Prof. Dr.
Syed Shahadat Hossain and Director of ISRT Prof. Dr. M Israt Rayhan addressed
it.
Akhtaruzzaman stressed the need for maintaining good management to ensure
quality of education and research at the university. He urged the faculty
members to play an effective role in this regard.
