18,187 get GPA-5 in Dhaka board
DHAKA, July 17, 2019 (BSS) – As many as 18,187 students scored GPA-5 under Dhaka Education Board in the HSC examinations this year with 71.09 percent pass rate.
Among the GPA-5 achievers under the board, 9,787 are male and 8,400 female, according to the results published today.
Some 3,93,835 students appeared in the HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) examinations under the Dhaka board. Of the total, 2,79,979 came out successful.
Among the successful examinees, 1,35,069 are male and 1,44,910 female.
A total of 12,938 students scored Grade Point Average (GPA)-5 from Dhaka Education Board last year.
