Indian education fair begins in Khulna

KHULNA, July 14, 2019 (BSS) – A two-day education fair titled ‘SAPE Indian
Education Fair-2019’ began at a city hotel today.

Mayor of Khulna City Corporation (KCC) Talukder Abdul Khaleque inaugurated
the fair as the chief guest in the morning.

Sanjay Thapa, founder and managing director of SAPE Events and Media
Private Limited, chaired the function.

Assistant High Commissioner to Bangladesh Rajesh Kumar Raina, Director of
Vellore Institute of Technology Dr C. Vijayakumar, President of Khulna Union
of Journalists (KUJ) Mahbub Alam Sohag, General Secretary of Swadhinata
Sangbadik Forum S M Zahid Hossain, addressed the event as special guests.

President of Television Reporters Association Mallick Sudhangsu conducted
the event.

Around 30 schools, colleges and universities of India have set up their
stalls at the fair compound.

Mayor Khaleque said Indian education fair will open a new era for higher
education for Bangladeshi students.

Talking to BSS, Sanjay Thapa said, “India is providing not only quality
education but also building future of the students at lower expenses than any
other countries.

“We have also been arranging such fair in Nepal, Bhutan, Thailand and some
other countries of South Asia for the last few years. The students of
Bangladesh can know about study in India in details at the fair.”

There are also opportunities for scholarships and spot admission for
Bangladeshi students.
