Dua mahfil for Dr. Munim in city tomorrow
DHAKA, July 011, 2019 (BSS) – Al Quds Committee Bangladesh will hold a dua mahfil for Professor Dr. Abdul Munim Khan at Iran Cultural Centre, House No 17, Road No 4, Dhanmondi in the city at 5 pm tomorrow.
Relatives, friends, colleagues and all well-wishers have been requested to join the programme and seek eternal peace for the departed soul, according to family sources.
Dr. Abdul Munim Khan passed away following a massive heart attack on June 29 at the age of 46.
The eldest son of late Professor A N M Abdul Mannan Khan of Dhaka University, Dr. Munim was an Islamic scholar, columnist, writer and researcher. He was the chief editor of bdcampusnews24.com. He also served as director of Cumilla University and adviser of Tara TV News.
Dr. Munim was laid to eternal rest beside his father’s grave at family graveyard at Syedabad in Brahmanbaria on July 1.
