Prize Money Ranking TT begins in city
DHAKA, July 9, 2019 (BSS) – The Prize Money Ranking Table Tennis Championship began today (Tuesday) at Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Indoor Stadium in the city.
Law Maker Umme Fatema Begum formally inaugurated the four-day meet as the chief guest, organised by Bangladesh Table Tennis Federation (BTTF).
BTTF vice president Khandakar Hasan Munir, BTTF general secretary Jahangir Alam, BTTF joint secretary Mohammad Jahangir and tournament committee’s secretary Anwar Kabir Chowdhury Babu were present during the opening ceremony.
The first round of men’s and women’s singles matches were decided on the opening day with near about hundred men’s and women’s players are participating in the meet.
