CHECK-DISTRIBUTION
PM’s financial assistances handed over among 81 patients
MAGURA, July 9, 2019 (BSS) – Prime Minister’s financial assistances were
given among 83 patients of different diseases in the district today.
On behalf of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, president of district Mohila
Awami League Kamrul Laila Jolly handed over the cheques worth of Taka 41.50
lakh among the patients at a function held at the conference room of Deputy
Commissioner here this noon.
Deputy Commissioner Md Ali Akbor presided over the function. It was
addressed, among others, by Additional Deputy Commissioner Akterunnahar,
Sadar Upazila Chairman Abu Nasir Bablu and the deputy director of Social
Welfare Office Zahidul Islam.
The cheques were distributed among cancer, kidney and liver cirrhosis
patients.
