Justice Imman Ali to work as acting CJ July 14-19
DHAKA, July 8, 2019 (BSS) – The government has issued a gazette
notification saying senior-most judge in line at the Appellate Division
Justice Muhammad Imman Ali will work as acting chief justice in absence of
Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain.
According to the July 7 gazette, the chief justice is going on leave
from July 14 to July 19 and Justice Muhammad Imman Ali will work as acting
chief justice in his absence and till the rejoining of Chief Justice Hossain.
