DHAKA, July 7, 2019 (BSS) – Detectives of Branch (DB) of Dhaka
Metropolitan Police (DMP) today arrested the prime suspected rapist and
murderer of six-year old Samia Afrin Saima in Wari, from Dabarbhanga area of
Cumilla.
DMP additional commissioner (DB) Md Abdul Baten confirmed the news
saying, “A team of DB arrested Harun or Rashid from Dabarbhanga area of
Cumilla around 11:30pm today,”
During a preliminary interrogation, the arrestee confessed his
involvement in the murder after rape on Friday last, he added.
