DHAKA, July 6, 2019 (BSS) – The Bangladesh Hockey Federation’s (BHF) got a green signal as Asian Hockey Federation (AHF) accepted their proposal to host the Champions Trophy and Junior Asia Cup Hockey in Bangladesh next year.
The proposal was accepted in an AHF board meeting held in head quarter on Saturday in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.
The BHF press release today read that BHF senior vice president Abdur Rashid Sikder, who joined the AHF meeting as executive member of AHF, said the BHF will sign a Memorandum of Understanding with AHF in August in order to arrange the two mega events.
Apart from AHF board meeting, Air Asia has signed a contract with AHF as Airlines partner.
