DHAKA, June 29, 2019, (BSS)- The different parts of the country is likely to experience light to moderate rain in the next 24 hours till 9 am tomorrow.
“Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Mymensingh, Rangpur, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Rajshahi, Dhaka and Khulna divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over the country”, said a met office weather bulletin issued here today.
The bulletin also predicted that the rainfall activity may increase at the end period, as an outlook for next 72 hours.
However, the day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, it added.
The highest temperature on Friday was recorded 36.6 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi and today’s minimum temperature was 23.9 degrees Celsius at Srimangal in Sylhet division.
The sun sets at 6.50 pm today and rises at 5.14 am tomorrow in the capital.
