DU-BUDGET-DISCUSSION
Post-Budget discussion at DU on June 30
DHAKA, June 27, 2019 (BSS) – A Post-Budget discussion on Higher Education
will be held at Dhaka University (DU) on June 30 (Sunday).
Center on Budget and Policy of DU is organising the discussion and a press
conference at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban on the campus at 12
noon on the day.
Deputy Minister for Education Barrister Mohibul Hassan Chowdhoury Nowfel
will be present at the discussion as the chief guest while DU Treasurer and
Chairman of the center Professor Dr Kamal Uddin will preside over the
function.
Professor Dr. M. Abu Eusuf, Director of Centre on Budget and Policy will
make the keynote presentation.
President of the Federation of Bangladesh University Teachers’ Association
(FBUTA) Prof Dr Maksud Kamal and Former Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr Atiur
Rahman, among others, will address the programme.
