Construction worker electrocuted in Ctg
CHATTOGRAM, June 21, 2019 (BSS) – A construction worker was electrocuted
while working at an under-construction building in Bonikpara area of
Pahartali thana in the city today.
The deceased was identified as Ranjit Das, 35, hailed from the area in the
city.
Alauddin Talukdar, sub-inspector (SI) of Chattogram Medical College and
Hospital (CMCH) Police outpost said two construction workers Ranjit and
Shyamol Das were electrocuted while working at an under construction building
around 8 am.
They were rushed to CMCH where the attending doctors declared Ranjit Das
dead and the condition of Shyamol Das is out of danger, the SI added.
