Razzaque for expediting implementation pace of agri-project
DHAKA, June 20, 2019 (BSS) – Agriculture Minister Dr Abdur Razzaque today
directed the officials concerned to speed up the implementation of
agricultural projects.
“All the officials concerned of the agriculture ministry must render their
best efforts to speed up the implementation of agricultural projects as it is
seen that the progress to implement the existing projects is slow,” he said.
He came up with this call while addressing the signing ceremony of the
‘Annual Performance Agreement (APA)’ for 2019-20 fiscal at it’s the
conference room at Bangladesh Secretariat, a press release said.
The Ministry of Agriculture signed APA for 2019-20 fiscal with 17
departments and organizations under its purview to inspire them to deliver
“result oriented” activities during the time.
Agriculture Secretary Md Nasiruzzaman signed APAs with the head of the
departments separately and handed over those to the agriculture minister.
He urged the authorities concerned to cooperate the present government so
that it can achieve Vision 2021 and 2041 goals in line with Delta Plan-2100.
