DHAKA, June 19, 2019 (BSS) – Cultural Attache of Chinese Embassy in Dhaka
Zha Mingwei called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof Dr Md
Akhtaruzzaman today at the latter’s office.
Zha Mingwei was accompanied by Yu Guangue, director of Bangla Department of
China Radio International. President of Bangladesh-China Friendship Centre Md
Delwar Hossain was present on the occasion.
During the meeting, they discussed about holding of a cultural event on
July 27, 2019 at TSC auditorium under the joint auspices of Dhaka University
and Peking University, China.
They stressed the need for strengthening cultural exchange programmes
between Bangladesh and China.
