Actor Ataur Rahman’s birth anniversary tomorrow
DHAKA, June 17, 2019 (BSS) – Ekushey Padak winner Ataur Rahman’s 78th
birth anniversary would be observed tomorrow.
‘Manchasharothi Ataur Rahman Karma Udjapon Committee’ has taken
elaborate programmes to celebrate the day.
The programme would start at 7 pm at Studio Theater.
Ataur Rahman is a Bangladeshi stage and television actor. He was awarded
Ekushey Padak in 2001 by the Government of Bangladesh for his contribution to
drama.
Rahman was born in Noakhali on 18 June 1941.
Early life was spent in Maternal Grand Father’s House in the district of
Noakhali in the British India. School education and Matriculation (School
Final) was completed from Chittagong Collegiate School. Intermediate Science
was completed from Chittagong College, Chittagong.
