Sexagenarian killed in Narail road accident
NARAIL, June 7, 2019 (BSS)- A sexagenarian man was killed in a road accident on
Chattrohajari-Manikganj road in Noagram area under Lohagora upazila in the
district this morning.
The deceased was identified as Farid Sheikh, 60, resident of Shorsuna
village in the upazila.
Officer-in-charge (OC) of Lohagora Thana Mokkarrom Hossain confirmed the
matter.
Locals and police sources said, the accident occurred in the area around
8:30am while a speedy motorcycle hit him, leaving him critically injured.
Locals rescued the victim and rushed him to Narail Sadar Hospital, where
the on-duty doctor declared him dead.
