AL leader Kabir Ahmed passes away
DHAKA, June 4, 2019 (BSS) – Dhaka City South Awami League executive committee member Kabir Ahmed passed away at 3.30am today.
He was 68.
He is survived by his wife and three daughters.
He will be buried at his village home in Madaripur district tomorrow morning.
Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Kabir Ahmed.
In a condolence message, she prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to bereaved family.
Besides, AL General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader also mourned his death.
