Rafik Siddique passes away
DHAKA, June 4, 2019 (BSS) – Bangladesh Machine Tools Factory former Managing Director Rafik Ahmed Siddique, the elder brother of Sheikh Rehana’s husband Shafique Ahmed Siddique, breathed his last at 10.55 am today at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) here.
He was 70.
He is survived by wife, two sons and one daughter.
His namaj-e-janaza will be held after Eid prayers at Gola mosque at Gulshan-1. Later, he will be laid to eternal rest at his village home in Bangalgaz in Gazipur.
Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque expressed profound shock at the death of Siddique.
In a condolence message, he said Siddique, a former governor of Rotary Club, would always be remembered by the people for his contribution to social services.
The minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
