Hasan greets Tigers for defeating South Africa
DHAKA, June 03, 2019 (BSS) – Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today
extended his heartiest congratulation to the national cricket team for
defeating South Africa by 21 runs in their opening match in the ICC Cricket
World Cup-2019.
In a congratulatory message, the minister said, “The Tigers defeated the
Proteas at the Oval in England… it was historical. With the entire nation,
I also feel proud of seeing the team spirit of our players and their
tremendous performance.”
Hasan Mahmud also expressed hope that Bangladesh cricket team will keep up
the team spirit and winning spree in the matches to come.
