DHAKA, May 31, 2019 (BSS)- The Union of European Football Associations
(UEFA) has selected Bangladesh as the host of this year’s UEFA Assist
Development of Youth U-16 International Boys’ tournament.
The tournament will be held from October 16-20 at country’s premier venue
Bangabandhu National Stadium, a press release said here today.
A total of four teams, including host Bangladesh, will take part in the
tournament. The rest three teams will come to represent from Europe, ASEAN
region and South Asia.
Earlier, Bangladesh participated in U-15 development tournament held in
Thailand last year.
