DHAKA, May 30, 2019 (BSS) – Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs
Minister Anisul Huq has said government is working to ensure maximum
punishment for people involved in the killing of Sonagazi madrasa student
Nusrat Jahan Rafi.
“We have asked prosecution to make sure that no guilty person can go
unpunished,” he said at a reception programme at Austrian capital Vienna last
night organized by Austria unit of Awami League, a press release said here
today.
The law minister urged the expatriates to continue their good work with
utmost dedication by keeping cordial relations with each other, so that the
foreigners feel the importance of works being done by Bangladeshis.
“Our current population is around 17 crore. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina
wants to turn this huge population as human resources and utilize them in
home and abroad. Government has taken up different steps in this regard,”
Anisul Huq added.
