Probe report in Bosila militant den raid case on July 8
DHAKA, May 30, 2019 (BSS) – A Dhaka court today set July 8 to submit
probe report in a case lodged over law enforcement agencies’ raid in a
militant den in Mohammadpur’s Bosila area on April 29.
Dhaka metropolitan magistrate Ziaur Rahman passed the order as
investigation officer of the case failed to submit the report.
Two militants were killed in the suicide blast as members of Rapid
Action Battalion (RAB) surrounded their hideout in Metro Housing area in
Bosila at around 5 am on April 29.
RAB detained three persons from the scene.
Later on that day, RAB-2 senior warrant officer Md Abdullah filed the
case under anti-terrorism act with capital’s Mohammadpur Police Station.
