DHAKA, May 28, 2019 (BSS) – Liberation War Affairs Ministry today urged the freedom fighters, whose monthly allowances have been postponed to appeal to concerned Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) by June 30 to keep the allowance functional.
But, allowance of freedom fighters whose names are in the Indian list, Lal Mukti Barta, civil gazette, Mujibnagar gazette, BCS senior officers gazette, BCS gazette, Swadhin Bangla Betar gazette, birongona gazette, Shwadhin Bangla Football Team gazette, NAP-Communist Party-Chhatra Union special guerilla bahini gazette, Bisramganj Hospital freedom fighters gazette, army gazette, air force gazette, navy gazette, navy commando gazette, BGB gazette, police gazette and Ansar gazette will be continued, said a press release.
In light with a circular of the ministry issued on April 24, allowance of those freedom fighters has been postponed whose names were not granted in the scrutiny committee.
