JAMALPUR, May 28, 2019 (BSS)- Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has launched special drive to maintain law and order during Eid-ul-Fitr in Jamalpur and Sherpur districts.
Jamalpur RAB-14 sources said special drive of RAB will continue to ensure
safe movement of the people. RAB members are patrolling important places
including shopping malls, bus terminals and railway stations in the two
districts.
Security measures have been taken before, after and during Eid day to
celebrate one of the biggest religious festivals of the Muslims, they added.
Alongside other enforcement agencies, members of RAB will remain alert to
avert any untoward situation during the Eid.
