DHAKA, May 22, 2019 (BSS) – Bangladesh Bank (BB) has enhanced the usance
period up to 360 days from 180 days for import of raw materials in the power
generating enterprises.
“To facilitate power sector industry, it has now been decided to enhance
usance period up to 360 days from 180 days for import of raw materials in the
case of power generating enterprises only,” according to a BB circular issued
here today.
Other instructions in this regard shall remain unchanged, the circular
added.
